LEAP school is dedicated to training and empowering both students and school leaders. We compliment the work of parents and school teachers to empower the students.
We believe that young people need to be coached on the subject of leadership early enough. We believe that this will help them become vanguards of positive things within the school and beyond.
Entrepreneurship can be a viable alternative to the unemployment challenge. This training will help young people to learn how they can discover, develop and deploy their gifts and talents. They will also be introduced to vocational and digital skills.
Although many students are out of school, the greater challenge is that those who are in school are not learning core skills such as leadership, communication, creativity, digital literacy etc.
The prevalence of moral decadence and social vices among young people is primarily due to a loss of personal identity and a lack of purpose and direction. At LEAP, we train students through a guided process to understand purpose, catch purpose and live purpose
On the 9th of June, 2023, our co-founder took students of Jacobs High School, Kajola-Onihale, Ifo, Ogun State the LEAP Course. The feedback from the school leaders and students was very positive and heartwarming.
AT Lofty Heights, Otta Ogun State, Joshua Oladipupo Here, he spoke to 94 students on leadership, entrepreneurship, academic development and purpose The feedback and responses from the students and school management were awesome. We saw young people becoming passionate to develop themselves and impact society.
